is a -recognized lifestyle change program designed to help you develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. This in-person or online, structured program, was specifically developed to prevent Type 2 diabetes. It is intended for individuals who have prediabetes or are at risk for Type 2 diabetes but who do not already have diabetes.

By joining, you will engage in a supportive environment where you can learn, share and grow, all while reducing your risk of Type 2 diabetes and improving your overall health.

The PreventT2 program offers:

  • A proven approach that can significantly minimize your risk of developing type 2 diabetes
  • A CDC-approved curriculum led by a trained lifestyle coach
  • A year-long program, beginning with weekly group sessions for 16 weeks, followed by monthly meetings for ongoing support
  • Tools, guidance and encouragement to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
